  1.     The DBK Rating                                 FILE: HR.HLP

  3.     After the initial version of DBK was running, we found ourselves 
  4.     looking for a net-net.  A final result.  A who done better type of 
  5.     thing.   We wanted to know how a person was doing even if they 
  6.     didn't have a handicap. So this is what we came up with. 
  7.                             
  8.     The DBK Rating was developed for all those golfers that spend most 
  9.     of the season playing 9 hole rounds; and consequently with no legal 
  10.     handicap.  The player rating is a unitless factor that combines 
  11.     course length and strength level and the A.P average. 
  12.                                                           
  13.     Like strength level, this value is also highly correlated with 
  14.     scoring ability.   To give you a better idea of what your DBK Rating 
  15.     is worth, the bottom of th report contains a rating system.  How 
  16.     does DBK see your game? 
  17.
